This field deals with sustainable development dimensions of the country and issues related to enhancing the resilience of structures and preserving national assets, including all structures across the country such as residential complexes, administrative and commercial buildings, hospitals, airports, industrial complexes, infrastructure, and many other structures.

The goal of this program is to empower specialists to preserve individual and national assets and the necessity of engineering and protecting financial resources and assets to increase productivity, proper utilization, and extend the lifespan and efficiency of structures while reducing operational and maintenance costs. Developing individual skills as a construction manager requires learning knowledge in areas such as operational management, maintenance and repairs, physical asset management, human resource management, quality management, leadership and strategy, document and record management, emergency and crisis management, and other subsystems. Additionally, one of the important objectives of this field is to address the challenges of proper utilization and implement appropriate strategies for maintenance and repairs in various sectors of structures. facility management can be implemented in all structures in the public sector, public institutions, and the private sector.
