One of the important goals of this field is to address management challenges at all project levels, including financial issues, scheduling, resource allocation and leveling, considering risks, and guiding projects to ensure the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Engineering and construction management can be implemented in all projects of the public sector, public institutions, and the private sector.

About the Field

Skill Areas Graduates of this field, by familiarizing themselves with the principles and foundations of engineering and construction management and appropriate and correct methods of managing various projects, as well as acquiring the necessary skills regarding the subsystems of engineering and construction management in projects, will be able to scientifically implement the engineering and project management processes, including ten subsystems according to relevant standards, in various types of projects and provide higher quality and more sustainable outcomes.
