In Line with the World’s Leading Universities with Specialized Minor Programs
Today, due to the expansion and significance of interdisciplinary concepts and the need for professionals to acquire skills beyond their specialized fields, most of the prestigious universities in the world offer such programs.
At top-tier universities globally, including:
- MIT
- Berkeley
- Cincinnati
- Virginia
undergraduate students are given the opportunity to study specialized courses from another field as part of a Minor program, concurrently with their main (Major) program.
Therefore, the Pars Higher Education Institute, in line with its long-term goals, aims to offer specialized Minor programs in various fields to provide students with opportunities to advance and gain additional skills and expertise, thereby creating a suitable environment to achieve the following objectives:
- Acquiring knowledge and expertise in the student’s field of interest,
- Familiarizing undergraduate students with specialized topics from other fields,
- Enhancing students’ specialized, scientific, and cultural skills,
- Increasing the entrepreneurial capabilities of graduates,
- Increasing the likelihood of graduates being hired in the job market,
- Contributing to the promotion of beneficial knowledge.
It is worth noting that, as mentioned, these specialized Minor programs are conducted from among the available fields in the university and are organized based on the offered credits, enabling students from different fields to interact in classes and projects simultaneously.
Students can find more information about the fields, courses, regulations, and other updates regarding the Minor programs on the Pars University website in the Minor Programs section.
